By visiting our site and/or purchasing denim jeans, apparel, or custom-tailored clothing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to design, craft, and sell denim products to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws or textile regulations). You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach or violation of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service, proprietary denim washes, cut designs, or product photography without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material is provided for general information only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information. It is your responsibility to monitor changes.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our denim jeans, jackets, and apparel items are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, wash option, or service at any time without liability.

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import tariffs, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country upon arrival.

SECTION 5 – DENIM PRODUCTS, SIZING ACCURACY & SPECIFICATIONS

  • Custom Tailoring & Sizing: Custom jeans orders (including customized waist, inseam, and distressed finishes) are crafted based strictly on the size and measurement values submitted by the customer.

  • Sizing Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for verifying that all entered sizing data (Waist, Inseam, Rise, and Hip measurements within allowable charts) is accurate and current. Dearbond cannot be held liable for fit discrepancies resulting from inaccurate user-submitted measurements.

  • Display & Dimensions: We strive to display denim washes, distressing, colors, and measurements (waist width, inseam length, rise) as accurately as possible. However, actual denim finishes, fading, and fabric textures may vary slightly due to individual wash batches, monitor calibration, and natural lighting.

SECTION 6 – USER MEASUREMENTS & SIZING RECORDS

  • Data Accuracy: By submitting sizing data or tailoring measurements, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and intended for your personal apparel order.

  • Fulfillment Authorization: You grant Dearbond authorization to process, review, and utilize your submitted sizing and measurement data solely for the purpose of cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing your chosen denim apparel.

  • Data Protection: All sizing measurements and personal records are treated with confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 7 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us. We may, at our discretion, limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details (including email address, phone number, and billing information) for all orders so we can complete your transactions and contact you regarding order or sizing verifications.

SECTION 8 – PRODUCTION TIMES, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & WARRANTY

Processing & Production Times:

  • Standard Denim Jeans & Apparel: 3–7 business days

  • Custom Tailored / Distressed Jeans: 7–14 business days

Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Once custom cutting and washing have commenced after 24 hours, custom tailoring portions cannot be cancelled or fully refunded.

14-Day Return Policy: Standard unworn denim and apparel are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. For custom-tailored orders, standard return conditions apply, but custom tailoring charges may be non-refundable.

365-Day Limited Warranty: We provide a 365-day warranty covering manufacturing defects on stitching, zippers, and hardware. This does not cover routine wear and tear, accidental rips, improper washing, or unauthorized alterations.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools (such as virtual fit finders, size calculators, or carrier tracking utilities) and third-party links that are neither monitored nor controlled by us. We provide access "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use of any third-party links or tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 10 – USER FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

If you submit product reviews, fit feedback, style images, or suggestions to us, you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them without restriction or compensation. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for comments posted by you or any third party.

SECTION 11 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information and sizing files through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to perform illegal acts. You must not upload fraudulent information, submit forged documents, or violate intellectual property rights. Transmitting destructive code or interfering with site security will result in immediate termination of your service.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Dearbond provides quality denim apparel and fashion goods. Our website, fit guides, and sizing tips do not constitute professional tailoring or medical advice. Always consult our detailed size charts before ordering.

All products and services delivered to you are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no case shall Dearbond, our directors, officers, production staff, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of any product.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dearbond, its affiliates, partners, production staff, contractors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms, incorrect sizing submissions, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

SECTION 15 – SEVERABILITY & TERMINATION

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The obligations and liabilities incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you denim products and apparel services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
