2. Establish the Zero Mark: Close your right eye. Align the 0 mm mark of the ruler directly over the center of your left pupil.
3. Capture the Measurement: Without moving the ruler or tilting your head, open your right eye and close your left eye.
4. Read the Value: Read the millimeter line that aligns directly with the center of your right pupil. This figure is your Binocular PD.
