SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Every pair of Dearbond designer eyewear is precision-crafted and assembled to meet our rigorous aesthetic and optical standards. Please review our processing and delivery timelines below.

PROCESSING & CRAFTING TIME

Optical Preparation & Assembly: 3–7 business days

Each pair requires high-precision lens cutting, structural frame calibration, custom lens coating (such as anti-reflective, UV400, or blue light protection), and thorough optical quality inspection. Processing begins once your order and prescription details (if applicable) are verified.

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Shipping times commence from the date your finished eyewear is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

  • Standard Insured Shipping: 7–12 business days

  • Express Insured Shipping: 3–5 business days (Available at checkout)

Note: Delivery times may occasionally vary due to local customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, or peak holiday logistics volumes.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES

  • Physical Address Requirement: Express carriers require a physical street address and a valid contact phone number. We cannot deliver Express shipments to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Insured Tracking: You will receive an automated dispatch email with your tracking number and carrier link the moment your package leaves our fulfillment facility.

  • Address & Order Updates: Any modifications to your delivery address, frame selection, or prescription parameters must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be made once an order has been calibrated or dispatched.
